An order may be canceled for a full refund before it is released to the warehouse in preparation for shipment. After an order has been released to the warehouse, you will no longer be able to cancel an order and will need to reference our return policy to process a return.
Returns for Products NOT purchased on EliteStarSkills.com
For purchases made at any of our Authorized EliteStarSkills Dealers, please contact the local retailer where you purchased your EliteStarSkills Advanced Hockey Training System for their Return policy details.
Items damaged during shipping or missing
You will have 10 days from delivery date to make claims for any missing or damaged items during shipping. After this period, missing or damage claims will be denied.
Steps for Returning an Item
STEP 1: Contact EliteStarSkills Customer Service at info@EliteStarSkills.com and include your proof of purchase receipt (.jpg, .pdf), and EliteStarSkills Game Number.
STEP 2: Once your information is received, we will issue you a return label. You will be given instruction on our return process. Your EliteStarSkills product must be returned to the original packaging.
STEP 3: Once a return has been received and approved, refunds will be issued to your credit card or original method of payment, minus any applicable costs and missing/damaged accessories.
